We also love to serve your home Styling and Design needs.  If you’re looking for home paint consultation or looking for help to update your home design flow, we can help you by giving advice and building a visual for you to make decisions that will help your home style decisions.  Our goal is to help you create the style plan you’re looking for.

We also love to help with your style / design / visual presentation for your vacation rental (Airbnb / VRBO) home.  Do you want to rent your vacation home for more? Getting the most you can out of your vacation rental investment property?  We are here to help you with creating beautiful first impressions (Both Online and in PERSON) for you to MAXIMIZE your rented rate.  Our goal is to help make your home look great and set up a plan for you to keep it looking this way.  help with as much for the home styling design needs, to help with the purchasing, and help build a plan for your home cleaning/managing team to keep your rental home to look the same when every new vacation renter walks through the door. Where does Eden Home operate? 


Eden Home is located within the Greater Seattle area, and we serve within the Snohomish / King County areas.  Our home staging area has grown over time as we have staged as far north as Conway WA and as far south as Burien, WA.   Eastward we have staged as far as Fall City.  Our goal is to help our clients as they maximize their buyer potential. 

As for our styling / design services.  This can be done locally or for our consulting services we can help whether you live near or far as we can meet in person or virtually.

 How does Eden Home perform and complete our jobs?

Our job is to complete a home staging process within a client’s home that is ready to be listed within the Real Estate market. We provide their staging needs as we help style / design their homes for maximum buying potential.

Why did Eden Home go into business? 


 

My name is Aimee Lockwood, my husband Darren Lockwood and I own Eden Home. 

We have been working and running our business 2017 where it started with a vision, and by May of 2018, I, Aimee found myself knocking on doors of open houses and making connections through networking with realtors. However, it was hard for us to make the business run to that next level with the current home front structures in place with Darren my husband working 10-hour days as a contractor with FedEx Ground, and I was running a household weekday myself with 4 children which at the time ranged from 2-9 years old.  One day in November of 2018, I noticed there was a Craigslist ad for the sale of a home staging business in the greater Seattle area that was showing strong growth.  I decided to reach out to the seller of that business and learned that she wanted to continue her design business but was looking to release herself of the staging portion of her business and wanted to sell furnishings and her clientele to someone with a desire to make the staging business continue and grow to the next level.  What I did not know was that after the conversation I had with the seller, our family’s life would change forever. Because, As of January of 2019, we became the owners of a Seattle area staging business, in which we were blessed to continue to grow and expand.  We were also blessed to keep our business name “Eden Home” that we began in Oregon.  For the next three months I sacrificed my parental duties to learn more about how to actually make a staging company run.  And three months later in March 2019, we sold our home in Troutdale Oregon, packed everything up and moved our whole family to a new city, county, state where there would be new schools, new friends, and new memories to be made.  While it was an exciting time. It was also a very stressful and trying time as there were so many new things. One thing I can say is that I know that our family is stronger for it and as we look back on this season of our life, we would do it again, if we had to. Taking on a new business and a new venture and help grow it to new heights, was one dream I never knew we would be able to accomplish, and it’s been a true honor to be blessed to say we are living this dream.

Fast forward a few years as we grew the business; working to the bone tirelessly with every job we were blessed to receive.  Our business has grown as we started with a Yukon, a trailer, a storage unit, and a home full of staging furniture, doing every step from picking, packing, moving, staging, destaging and then some. All while parenting and planning forward our next steps of dreams and visions we had for our family and our business that we know God has placed within us.  We now take lead in planning and running our business with consistent growth which now has 9 employees, two trucks, a 6000sf of warehouse space and 50+ homes worth of staging furniture. 

As I write this, I know that as a businesswoman and an owner of Eden Home, I can say I know that we are blessed, honored, and so thankful to have a heavenly father that from the beginning has entrusted us with this opportunity of Eden Home. As we have continued to move forward step by step, we have only seen his right hand covering over each step within our business.

From my early years, as a child growing up; I can say there were a couple of things that always stood out in my mind that I wanted to accomplish.  One was that they wanted to be a mother, and two that I wanted to make a difference and to have a voice and use it. Seeing where God has placed my family and me.  Knowing that my husband and I have been called to the real estate and design industries within the marketplace and are here to embark within the market ministry that God has called us to.  We love that we have been entrusted to the employees that we have. And our goals is to grow and to help build the character of our company, by how we value and serve our clients, and to show our employees that they are worth more to us then what they can do, each person we have on our team bring a talent and giftings and it is our job to watch them flourish as we given them a nourishing soil to be planted in as we partner with them in life with the work we provide.
