When contacting Eden Home the first time you can expect to hear a few questions from us to hear about your upcoming need. Whether you’re looking to sell your home, or you are looking to update your home styling, or have purchased a 2nd home and are looking to renovate. It’s our goal to learn about your needs so that we can best serve you in the most optimal way possible. Because Eden Home takes ownership in all that we do, you will find that the level of care that is given is specific to your individual needs.

Whether you are a homeowner looking to sell your house on the market, or if you’re looking to have your home re-furnished with our home design stylists. Maybe you have a vacation home rental that you’re looking to enhance others’ vacation home experience. Halo builder who is looking to have the home showcased. Once you have submitted your information to us, you may be wondering what’s next period is. The first step is we will call you to schedule an appointment. You will typically hear from us within the next 48 hours of submitting your request on our website. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text reminder, or a phone call the next day about the appointment confirming that you will be there.
During your appointment, one of our home design stylists will meet with you in your home, gathering photos for our styling plans and answer any questions you may have as well. The appointment can range between 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of appointment requested. You should receive a staging proposal quote within 48 business hours. Once you are ready to proceed with our staging proposal, we confirm which staging plan will fit best for your home listing needs. We then send over the staging contract, and we collect ½ down to lock in the requested stage date on our calendar.
Interior Design / Styling
During your appointment, one of our home design stylists will connect with you to go over your home’s needs. Your design consultation appointment usually lasts 1 -2 hours depending on scope of the design. Your design proposal plan should be completed and sent over to you via email within one to two weeks from our appointment meeting. Once you are ready to proceed with our design plan, we then collect a retainer to begin the next design plan as we make your home look amazing for you and others who come into your home.
